Big diameter auger
MCSR mounts a big diameter auger that guarantees a homogeneous flow of products to combine. Removable iron or rubber plates are inserted in the central area with variable position. As optional thea uger is equipped with rectratile metal fingers, also be removable, to work with insidious
crops like chickpeas and soybeans. On the rear side of auger, the frame is setted up to host an adjustable auger shaving system to avoid possible product throughout.

Cutting system
The cutting system is made by two overlapping anti-wear daisy discs. They are protected by iron plates and harmonic stainless steel slides that avoid bumps on the ground. All row groups have a gear box sealed in oil-grease bath with easy access. Each row group is connected to the previous one by a shaft and is protected by dedicated disc friction.

Gathering system with rubber blocks or rubber belts
Two chains gathering system equippable both with rubber blocks or rubber belts. It envelops and clamps plants with the right balanced speed between combine speed and header row groups. The plant stay still is not affected by vibrations and losses are minimized.
