The corn cutting bar is sturdy and easy to use. It is designed to have a long life and it guarantees low maintenance costs. The special system of Nardi corn harvesting guarantees minimum losses and a perfect division between corncobs and waste left to the field.

DESIGN
Designed for the maximum performance over the time
Bonnets and tips are available in metal to give more strength or in plastic to reduce flexibility and avoid bounces of the corncob.
Frames with hook system are designed and produced in our factory. They are made with wire welding by our specialized carpenters. Painting process uses both liquid and powders to guarantee the highest weather resistance.

Easy access chains tension system
It is a special system that guarantees proper chains tensioning and change of the chains in easy and quick.
Plates and milking rollers
The plates of corn header are available both with electric and hydraulic movement.
The available milking rollers are of two types classicwith screwed blades and C-backing or welded blades
Perfect integrationThe row groups of header have gear boxes in grease bath. They are perfectly integrated in the machine. The frame is realized with painting andwire welded by experts in order to guarantees the maximum resistance to the weather.
Chopper
The chopper is on lateral position and positioned right before the milking rollers. The long blades cover all the milking rollers gathering area. It allows to cut the plants when entering the rollers. The chopper has a special system to delay its start versus than the row group to avoid stress on transmission chains.
Lateral augers
Maizestorm corn header has two hydraulic lateral augers with hydraulic-mechanic pump. The tanks are integrated in the machine.
Gears
Corn header gears are designed and produced in north of Italy. They are subjected to hardening treatment in specialized factories with the highest standards and modern technologies.

Stalk crushers
The tyres of combine harvester are shielded by two strong stalk stompers which are kept pressurized to the ground by two powerful stainless steel springs.
